Hewlett Packard EHPT
Grand Opening
Client’s Objective:
The client was celebrating the opening
of a new business venture and their tag line was "Pioneering
Convergence". They wanted to WOW their clients and prospective
clients with a grand opening that would reflect how their company
had emerged from the early beginnings to their exciting new technologies.
How
CEO met the Client's Objective:
CEO utilized the different floors of the office building.
The company's beginnings were staged in the lobby and depicted covered
wagons and cowboys singing around a campfire. As guests passed through,
a robot came up and whisked them into a time capsule (an elevator)
to the next level and into a high-tech, leading-edge 'New Age' for
the company.
Client’s Remarks:
"The time you spent planning and your attention to detail,
truly made the event phenomenal. Words cannot describe how truly
grateful I am for your expertise and assistance. Basically at the
end of the day, you make me look like 'the star'. Thank you!"

Tours and Events
Client’s Objective:
The client asked CEO to produce a creative
final event for their conference of 2,500 guests that would top
last year’s smashing success and find a unique event site
in Denver.
How CEO met the Client’s Objective:
CEO researched the history of Greek Gods and the Olympics originating
in Athens, found a venue that had a definitive Greek feeling and
incorporated an interactive play off of the Summer Olympics in Athens.
The evening offered a nationally known band, Greek street scenes
with interactive characters and individual tents, each decorated
to address a particular Greek God. The traditional Greek food was
fabulously presented on lavish buffets. An Evening of Myths
and Mortals was created seamlessly for the client.
Clients Remarks:
"I just wanted to thank you for making our Evening of Myths
and Mortals event a success…our clients and employees told
me that this was the best party they ever attended. I can’t
ask for anything more than that. Thank you again for all of your
efforts!"
