Be a Rock Star!
(Received 2009 ICON Award – Best Entertainment Concept and Execution)
Client’s Objective:
How in the world are we going to make a memorable
night for 1,000 guys and keep them entertained?
How CEO met the Client's Objective: Rockstar coaches whisked the VIP ‘wanna-be’s’ to the event and
treated like Rockstars. They arrived amidst cameras flashing by the outrageous
paparazzi, red carpet, muscle bond security guards and tons of screaming fans
shouting and wanting autographs. The guests were greeted at the end of the red
carpet by our Star Team interview crew and videographer capturing customized the
moment which was played back on huge screens for everyone to see on big screens
during the event.
Inside all guests were able to actually have their moment of fame on stage,
playing or singing with the band, dressing up in outrageous costumes, hanging
out in the VIP Lounge and getting tattooed. All guests received a CD of their
performance. Guy food and libations were, of course a necessity for the evening.
Client’s Remarks:
"We did have a blast at the party! I feel that all the extras we had were
definitely worth it, and I would not change a thing. Thank you! It was such a
great time!"

Crispin Porter & Bogusky's
Fantastical Festival
Holiday Hoopla
The Greatest Party on Earth
Client’s Objective:
CEO’s challenge was to transform the client’s unique
office space into an old fashioned ‘Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey
Circus’, which needed to surpass the client’s headquarters’ party with the same
theme, simulcast at both events.
How CEO met the Client's Objective:
Simulation of a Circus Big Top and Center Ring was the focus of the
event along with other areas of period type draping, high-wire acts,
entertainers, Midway with wooden games, Ringmaster, Circus Backlot and Side Show
tents to cleverly display the food and beverages. Invitations of old fashioned
cartons of hot delicious popcorn enticed employees to dress in costume for the
event. The event invitation/poster was created with the circus style in mind and
proudly featured the founders of the Crispin Porter and Bogusky in handlebar
mustaches. Invitations were handed out at the client’s offices with a freshly
popped bag of popcorn from an old fashioned popcorn cart.
Buffet Stations
scattered around the event included an orzo station, Neptune station, beef and
smashed potato bar station, steamed clams mussels and assorted potsticker
stations. The desserts included Cotton candy cones, ice cream sundae station and
a cup cake station. The specialty Martini Bar offered three select drinks Naked
Martini, Vanilla Cosmopolitan and Apple Cinnamon Martini.
Client’s Remarks:
"Not to brag, but I think this event will be hard to beat!"

final event for their conference of 2,500 guests that would top
last year’s smashing success and find a unique event site
in Denver.

to address a particular Greek God. The traditional Greek food was
fabulously presented on lavish buffets. An Evening of Myths
and Mortals was created seamlessly for the client.
Clients Remarks:
